Importing creates an unverified draft—not an approved rota. Teaching, Rest/off, leave, sickness and bank holidays remain labelled. Every calendar date and stacked duty must be checked before a result is available.
Recent months can start with a supported Loop Personal Roster link. For older payslips, use a saved XLSX/CSV/iCalendar file, open a rota screenshot locally as a reference, or reconstruct the month manually. Loop feeds may have rolling history or omit contextual entries, so a blank date is never assumed to be Rest.
Private by design: uploaded files and screenshot references stay in your browser. A recent pasted Loop link is retrieved once through our server because Allocate blocks direct browser access. Only the selected month enters the editable draft; the private link and calendar are not saved, and the feed does not stay connected.

The check calculates basic pay from the applicable 2025/26 or 2026/27 England table. Actual gross, net, tax, NI, pension and student-finance lines are shown when detected, but must be confirmed by the user and are not assessed until payroll-safe rules and required inputs are available. A difference is something to review; none is proof that money is owed.
